Program controllers and industrial controls


The program controllers are characterised apart from reliability in particular by simple control guidance over display and control elements at the front panel (IP 65). The industrial controls SE-604, SE-606, SE-607 and SE-609 with integrated multitasking IEC 61131 PLC are tailored to automation needs. For each requirement a custom-designed automation device is available. The controllers can be equipped for different process engineering tasks by software modules, for example C-level control, nitriding potential control or online diffusion calculation. Multilingual operating dialogues and remote maintenance permit the world-wide employment of the systems.

Software


We offer custom-made software solutions to control, monitor and log processes. The process control system ECS-2000 (SCADA) fulfills all necessary functions, such as recipe manager, unit control, evaluation, system configuration and visualization. Data management, quality assurance and order pursuit are realized over the management manufacturing system ECS OFFICE (BDE). The software ECS OPTIPRO makes optimization of production flow in hardenings possible.

Gas analyzer for measurement and examination of carburizing atmospheres with screen recorder.

Oxygen Trace Analyzer


Oxygen trace analyzer including data logger for storing and saving measured data and PC software for editing, administrating and archiving data. The oxygen trace analyzer is used for continuous measurement of oxygen concentration in industry, laboratory- and inert gas as well as in process of mixture, production and processing special forming gases.
